Care & Washing

A little regular care helps keep your pet’s favourite spaces fresh and comfortable. Always follow the care label and the instructions supplied with your specific product. If these differ from the general guidance below, follow the product instructions.
Removable pet bed covers
Remove the cover and separate it from the insert before cleaning. Shake off loose hair and debris, then wash only as directed on the cover’s care label. Check the recommended temperature, washing method and drying instructions. Let the cover dry completely before putting it back on the bed.
Latex inserts
Do not machine-wash latex inserts. Do not assume the insert can be cleaned in the same way as its removable cover. Follow the insert’s care instructions and contact us if you are unsure which cleaning method is suitable. Ensure every part is completely dry before reassembling the bed.
Water fountains
Unplug the fountain before cleaning, disassembling or handling its electrical parts. Follow the supplied instructions for cleaning the bowl, pump and other components, and for replacing filters. Never immerse electrical parts unless the instructions explicitly allow it. Rinse suitable washable parts thoroughly, reassemble as directed and follow the instructions before reconnecting power.
Cat houses
Remove loose fur and debris regularly. Clean each material according to its care label or product instructions, and keep the house clean and dry. Let cleaned parts dry completely before your cat uses them again. Check regularly for damage or loose parts.
Pet care tools
Remove trapped hair and residue after use. Clean tools according to their instructions, dry them thoroughly and store them in a clean, dry place. Follow any specific guidance for blades, batteries or electrical components, and replace damaged tools rather than continuing to use them.
