Once shipped, generally our products take 3–5 business days to arrive. Please note that regional, rural and international destinations may take longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We offer international shipping, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please keep in mind that duties and taxes may apply to international orders upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information with a tracking link via email.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes where supported by the selected shipping service.
Please ensure your delivery details are complete and accurate when placing your order.
What if my delivery goes missing?
Pawomega is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If you believe your order has been delivered to the wrong address or your tracking shows an issue with delivery, please contact the Pawomega team and we will assist you in investigating the delivery with the carrier.
Where are you shipping from?
We ship from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update your shipping address.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.
Will I receive my order in multiple packages?
Depending on the items in your order, your purchase may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I return an item?
We want you to be confident with your Pawomega purchase.
If you change your mind or need a different size, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging and in brand-new, resalable condition.
Any covers, accessories or other products must also be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
Please note: Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
To request a return or exchange, please contact the Pawomega team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions.
For change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method if the item meets our return conditions.
Please allow up to 10 business days for an approved refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Can I return my Pawomega Facet Bed after opening the packaging?
Yes, provided the bed has not been used, remains clean and undamaged, and can be returned in its original packaging in brand-new, resalable condition.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for beds that have been used by a pet, become soiled, washed, damaged or otherwise show signs of use.
If you are unsure about the size, we recommend checking the bed against our Size Guide before allowing your dog to use it.
Can I exchange my bed for a different size?
Yes. You may request a size exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the bed is unused, unwashed and returned in its original packaging and resalable condition.
Return shipping and any applicable shipping costs for the replacement item are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before allowing your dog to use the bed.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your Pawomega product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Our team will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
Your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this policy.
Can I retrospectively apply a discount to my order after purchase?
Promotional discounts and offers cannot be retrospectively applied to orders placed before or after the applicable promotional period.
We recommend checking any current promotions before completing your purchase.
Warranty
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All Pawomega products come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects resulting from faulty workmanship or materials under normal domestic use.
Our Pawomega Facet Bed is made with premium natural latex selected for its resilience, durability and long-lasting support. As natural latex is a flexible material, minor variations in shape, texture, colour or appearance are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
If you believe your Pawomega product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once assessed and confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or remedy.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use and washing.
- Damage caused by pets, including chewing, biting, scratching, digging or other destructive behaviour.
I think my cover is faulty. What should I do?
If you believe your Pawomega cover has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
All Pawomega products are covered by our 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Once we receive your information, our team will assess the issue and advise you of the next steps. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or remedy.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Why natural latex?
Natural latex is at the heart of what makes the Pawomega Facet Bed different.
Rather than simply sinking under your dog's weight, latex has a naturally responsive structure that gently compresses and pushes back. This creates a supportive sleeping surface while allowing the material to recover its shape after use.
Natural latex also has an open cellular structure that allows air to move through the material, making it well suited to a comfortable sleeping environment throughout the year.
It is also highly resilient, making it an excellent material for a dog bed designed for regular, long-term use.
For Pawomega, latex isn't an added feature.

Is the Pawomega Facet Bed an orthopaedic bed?

We prefer to focus on what the material actually does rather than making medical claims: the latex core provides responsive support, distributes weight across the sleeping surface and maintains its structure over repeated use.
If your dog has a diagnosed joint, mobility or medical condition, we recommend discussing their specific bedding requirements with your veterinarian.
What's special about the raised bolsters?
Many dogs naturally like to sleep with their head elevated or curl up against the edge of their bed.
The Facet Bed's raised bolsters provide a comfortable surface for your dog to rest their head, chin or body against, while creating a more enclosed and secure sleeping space.
They are integrated into the overall structure of the bed so that comfort doesn't come at the expense of the clean, architectural silhouette that defines the Facet Bed.
Is the Pawomega Facet Bed waterproof?
The inner core is protected by a 100% waterproof lining, helping protect the bed from spills, moisture and everyday accidents.
The removable outer cover itself should not be considered waterproof.
If liquid is spilled on the bed, we recommend removing and cleaning the outer cover as soon as possible and ensuring all components are completely dry before reassembling the bed.
Is the cover removable and washable?
Yes.
The Pawomega Facet Bed features a removable outer cover designed to make regular cleaning easier.
Always follow the care instructions provided with your bed when washing and drying the cover. Correct care will help preserve the appearance, fit and performance of the fabric over time.
Can I place my Pawomega Facet Bed directly on the floor?
Yes. The Facet Bed is designed for use on common indoor flooring and includes a non-slip base for additional stability.
If your bed is placed on tiles, timber or another cold surface, we recommend periodically lifting the bed and cleaning and drying the area underneath.
This helps prevent moisture or condensation from accumulating between the bed and the floor.
Does the Pawomega Facet Bed have a non-slip base?
Yes.
The underside of the Facet Bed features a non-slip base designed to reduce unwanted movement on common household flooring.
This provides a more stable surface when your dog steps into, moves around or gets out of the bed.
Will my dog overheat on natural latex?
Natural latex has a naturally open cellular structure, allowing air to move through the material more freely than many dense, closed sleeping surfaces.
The Facet Bed is designed to provide supportive comfort without requiring your dog to sink deeply into the mattress.
As with any dog bed, your dog's comfort can also depend on room temperature, coat type and individual sleeping preferences.

How do I fit the cover on my Pawomega Facet Bed?
The Pawomega Facet Bed uses a Slip-On Cover, designed to make removing, fitting and washing your cover as simple as possible.
To fit the cover, simply place it over your Facet Bed like a fitted sheet, making sure each corner is properly aligned with the bed. Gently pull the cover down around the sides until it sits evenly and securely around the bed.
The fitted design makes it easy to remove whenever it's time for a wash and just as easy to put back on.
Can I get the Pawomega Facet Bed with a different cover?
Every Pawomega Facet Bed comes with our signature Sahara Dune cover as standard.
If you'd like to change the look of your bed, we also offer two additional cover colours, sold separately.
Our interchangeable covers make it easy to refresh the look of your Facet Bed or choose a different colour to complement your interior.
Are the covers waterproof?
No. The outer cover itself is not waterproof, as we designed it with comfort, softness and everyday practicality in mind.
Instead, the Pawomega Facet Bed features a 100% waterproof inner lining beneath the outer cover. This protective layer helps prevent spills, moisture and everyday accidents from reaching the natural latex core.
The outer cover is designed to be easily removed and washed whenever needed, while the waterproof inner lining provides an additional layer of protection for the bed underneath.
I fitted my cover, but why doesn't it look as neat as the photos online?
The Pawomega Slip-On Cover is designed to fit closely around the Facet Bed, but it may need a little adjustment after fitting.
First, make sure all four corners of the cover are correctly aligned with the corners of the bed. Then gently pull and smooth the fabric around each side, ensuring the cover is evenly distributed and securely fitted around the base.
If the cover has recently been washed, allow it to fully dry before fitting it back onto the bed.
Once properly aligned and smoothed into place, the cover should sit neatly around the natural shape of your Pawomega Facet Bed.
Care & Washing
How do I wash my Pawomega Facet Bed?
The Pawomega Facet Bed is designed to make everyday care simple.
There is no need to wash the entire bed. Simply remove the Slip-On Cover and machine wash it on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, following the instructions on the care label.
The natural latex core is protected by a 100% waterproof inner lining, so the latex itself should not need to be washed.
For everyday cleaning, you can also spot clean the outer cover between washes.
We recommend allowing the cover to air dry completely in the shade before placing it back on your Facet Bed.
Always make sure all components are completely dry before reassembling the bed.
Can the natural latex be washed?
No. Do not machine wash, soak or submerge the natural latex core in water.
Natural latex can be damaged by excessive moisture, heat and harsh cleaning products.
For normal cleaning, remove the outer cover and gently wipe the waterproof inner lining with a damp cloth and mild detergent as needed.
If the latex itself accidentally becomes wet, allow it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and heat, before reassembling the bed.
Can the Pawomega Facet Bed be vacuumed?
Yes.
You can gently vacuum the outer cover to remove loose fur, dust and everyday debris between washes.
For regular maintenance, a pet hair remover or lint roller can also be used to keep the cover looking clean and fresh.
Can I bleach the cover?
No.
Do not use bleach or harsh cleaning chemicals on your Pawomega cover.
We recommend washing the cover on a gentle machine cycle with mild detergent and following the instructions on the care label.
Can I tumble dry the cover?
We recommend air drying the cover in the shade rather than tumble drying.
Avoid excessive heat, as this may affect the fabric, fit or appearance of the cover over time.
Make sure the cover is completely dry before fitting it back onto your Pawomega Facet Bed.
What happens if my dog eats part of the bed?
The Pawomega Facet Bed is designed for sleeping, resting and lounging — not chewing or ingestion.
Although we carefully select the materials used in our products, natural latex, fabric, lining and other components are not intended to be eaten.
If you suspect your dog has swallowed any part of the bed, remove the bed from your dog's reach and contact your veterinarian promptly for advice.
We recommend supervising dogs that are known to chew, tear or destroy bedding.
How do I wash the cover?
Remove the Slip-On Cover from the Facet Bed and refer to the care label inside the cover for specific washing instructions.
As a general guide:
- Machine wash on a gentle cycle
- Use mild detergent
- Do not bleach
- Air dry in the shade
- Avoid excessive heat
- Make sure the cover is completely dry before refitting
Regular vacuuming and spot cleaning can also help keep your Pawomega cover fresh between washes.
